Expecting a new baby? Join us for the day and learn how to care for yourself, your baby and your partner. During the day we will be learning about feeding, pelvic floor therapy, dad's boot camp, labour and delivery and car seat safety. Lunch is provided.

Bring your car seat if you have one. We will have professionals in to discuss lactation, pelvic floor therapy, labour and delivery, dad's boot camp, car seat training, mental health, hands on material and much more. Lunch, beverages and snack available throughout the day.
